a heartwarming getaway!

the hotel had lots of little extras for comfort, i noticed thoughtful touches everywhere. it was spotlessly clean, a true relief after a long drive with the kids. we had the wrong access code initially, but the owner answered late at night! and quickly sorted it.

i had to pay for access to all facilities but we didn't use any.

we enjoyed a slap up breakfast at the boathouse restaurant on the park, it was quite tasty. the coffee machine in the caravan was convenient! for morning brews.

the caravan included lots of items, down to the smallest details. there were lots of board games! for some family fun in the evenings. plenty of parking spaces were available.

the site had a good location, very easy to reach both the yarmouth and lowestoft areas, it was convenient. it made exploring the surrounding areas easy.

The communication was excellent, any questions i had were answered quickly! the host was so lovely and helpful before and . essentials were all included. Towels were available.

The caravan was very nice and neat. I found plenty of parking available. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the caravan.

I noticed the batteries in the TV remote did not work. I had to search for replacements within the caravan. I also found the floors in the kitchen to be sticky.

the kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival. i also noticed considerable wear and tear throughout the caravan. the tv remote's batteries were dead so i had to find replacements. a small guide to the park would have been useful.
